Description: Vision is the sixth cyborg of the Hand Organization. Unlike the rest of the cyborgs, he's been declared unfinished by Dr. Rubenwasser as much of his robotic functions isn't working properly. His left arm malfunctioned and was forcefully removed, and the synthetic skin appliance has become too frustrating. Rubenwasser eventually gave up and just sealed him away for future use until the liberation came. Vision, despite his flaws, has many tricks up his lone sleeve and is capable of doing more than what Dr. Rubenwasser realized. He serves as Second-in-Command alongside Artemis and wise advisor, giving information and advice to help his friends make smart decisions and not make careless mistakes. Since Artemis's departure and disappearance, Vision is next in line to watch over and care for the cyborgs and the refugees, becoming a true caretaker and leader that Artemis tried to be.

Abilities:
Master Swordsmanship: Vision is a adeptly skilled fighter when it comes to using swords. Despite having only one arm, he's still proficient in swordplay.

Robotic Eye: Vision's left eye has many capabilities on what it can do.

Weapons: Vision has a technologically-advance plasma Sabre to help him fight. The sword similarly acts like a light-saber.

Strengths: Vision is completely agile and fearless when it comes to danger, always determined to win the fight. Very precise and tactical in bringing the enemy down.

Weaknesses: Vision doesn't have that much strength when it comes to fighting stronger enemies. He only has one arm, but he's still dangerous. Obscure his robotic eye somehow and he's forced to rely on his instincts.

Misc:

• Vision's design has been the most challenging for it's been altered three times before settling in its more recent iteration. This design is based on Nyra's Art Fight art for him and some from The Who's Quadrophenia.
• His subject number is represented in two ways: His coat and the symbol painted on the back.
- His coat has the Navy Rank insignia for Captain, which is O-6 in Pay Grade.- The symbol on the back represents Juno, the Roman Goddess of Love and Marriage. June is named after Juno and is the sixth month of the year.
